EMHA Registration 2023-2024 Season

Early bird discount applies to U9 and up & must be paid in full to qualify.
• HOW TO REGISTER •
Registration is an online process through the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR).
If this is your first time registering, you will need to create a new Spordle account prior to registration. All family
members will be linked to one account so please do not make a new account if you already have one from previous years.
Once registration is open you will find a link on our Website & Facebook Page
• FAMILY DISCOUNT •
A $50 discount will be applied to each additional child for families registering multiple children
• PAYMENT OPTIONS •
Payments can be made at the time of registration by EMT (one time paid in full) , Cash or Cheque / post-dated

EMT MUST include your players full name and division
Please update your password from the previous year before sending EMT, the security question and password cannot be the same
or else we will be unable to accept it. Any EMT’s that do not contain the above information required will be declined and registration will not be completed until EMT is sent with all required
information.
* Post-dated cheques
4 installments VIA post-dated cheques.
First installment is due upon registration and must include the $50 fundraising fee + 1/4 stated fee. (Please refer to the
post-dated cheque schedule)
* CHEQUES/CASH can be dropped off at the Espanola Complex using the drop box and an envelope marked “EMHA + Players name +
Division”
* LATE registration is subject to a $50 late fee
Players are deemed fully registered and eligible to take part in the 2023/2024 season once:
· Online registration is complete (all paperwork and documentation is received)
· Registration fees are paid
· Any outstanding balances from previous year paid in full
